The veneer lathe fixes the log with a hydraulically driven chuck and rotates it at high speed. At the same time, the peeling knife feeds uniformly along the axial direction of the log to continuously cut the log surface into thin veneers. By precisely controlling the log rotation speed, tool feeding speed and cutting depth, stable veneers with uniform thickness can be produced. The cut veneers are collected and stacked by the conveying device, directly entering subsequent processes such as drying and hot pressing to achieve efficient and continuous production.
